Accordingly, we are still figuring out who we need to contact for service of things like our home heating system. Well…..yesterday I walked into our basement to I find water flowing out of the boiler line a faucet was turned on. I called Dirigo and spoke with Jake. He walked me through the steps that I needed to take in order shut the flow of water off and indicated that he could come to the house this afternoon to fix the problem. Jake arrived at our house as promised and promptly fixed the issue He also took the time to answer several questions that I had.
