We reached out to the company in early June after our heat pumps completely stopped working during some of the hottest days of the summer. Abbi, the company contact person, quickly scheduled an appointment to determine the source of the problem. Jake was able to identify the problem and order the parts to complete the repair. He continued to work tirelessly until the job was completed and our heat pumps were back working again. Without a doubt, this entire experience was made so much easier because of the knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by both Abbi and Jake and we will definitely be contacting them in the future for any of our heat pump needs. (Very expensive) Whereas Ryan figured out the problem and potentially saved me from paying 2300 for a repair with another well known company that would not have even fixed the problem. Service was provided first thing the following morning! Ryan came today, his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are clearly evident. The issue was identified immediately, addressed, and resolved. The entire team at Dirigo Mechanical has been extremely accommodating, resourceful, and respectful. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the ENTIRE team!Our furnace broke over night during the winter, and we called Dirigo for an emergency fix. They came quickly, did the job well and efficiently, and the price was great.The service guy was nice, efficient and quick. Just a bit pricey. Had my furnace cleaned 1.5 years ago for 125. This time 250. I know inflation has gone through the roof on everything but double in 1.5 years....I recently had Dirigo Mechanical replace my old boiler and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was professional, prompt, and hassle-free. The crew showed up on time, explained the whole process clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. My new boiler is running perfectly. We didn’t have any heat or hot water, and Jacob was able to come to the house within 24 hours and help fix it and replaced our condenser as well. Very professional, clean work, and fair price. Accordingly, we are still figuring out who we need to contact for service of things like our home heating system. Well…..yesterday I walked into our basement to I find water flowing out of the boiler line a faucet was turned on. I called Dirigo and spoke with Jake. He walked me through the steps that I needed to take in order shut the flow of water off and indicated that he could come to the house this afternoon to fix the problem. Jake arrived at our house as promised and promptly fixed the issue He also took the time to answer several questions that I had. I will absolutely have Jake back to complete annual service on our boiler, heat pumps, etc. We have definitely found the business that we will call for our heating system needs!!!They respond quickly, do the work efficiently, and look for potential future issues and help plan for them accordingly.I needed my boiler serviced and Dirigo mechanical was the ones for the job. From the quoting process to executing the job, they were easily one of the most professional operations I’ve ever dealt with. Ryan and Jake showed up early, and finished the job right on time. The scope of this job was big; removing the oil heat system (oil tank/boiler/hw heater/pumps/plumbing) and installing a completely new natural-gas system. The new system works like champ! Dirigo Mechanical are incredibly skilled and professional. I can’t say the same for their competition. It’s tough to find folks that still take pride in their work, but these guys most certainly do. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, even though he hadn't previously installed one of the Honeywell whole home humidifier setups. That, with the new natural gas tankless water heater, and the fancy new thermostat to keep tabs on everything, leave my partner and I very happy. We can now run our central blower, without heat, to circulate humid air throughout the home - the houseplants already love it! Communication is incredibly prompt, shows up when expected, and works cleanly to get everything done. We will be using Dirigo Mechanical for all of our home's mechanical system needs. Everything Jake said was done Perfect and correct estimate never changed will definitely use him again....I was having trouble with my Mitsubishi heat pump and couldn’t find anyone that wanted to work on it. I contacted Mitsubishi and they had Dirigo Mechanical LLC contact me and within a couple days he was at my place and quickly told me the issue I was dealing with. Jake Lajoie said the outside unit wasn’t properly match with the ceiling unit I had. This meant replacing the outside unit. Jake had the new unit installed within a week. Jake is top notch! He is very professional and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough for his time. I have talked with Jake and I will be calling him for all my heating and AC issues.
