Ryan fixed our heat pump and did such a great job. After using two other companies prior to trying Dirigo, I can confidently say I will not use anybody else. The first company I tried could not figure out what was going on. The second company Tried to just tell me I needed a brand new heat pump Or to replace the computer board. (Very expensive) Whereas Ryan figured out the problem and potentially saved me from paying 2300 for a repair with another well known company that would not have even fixed the problem. So grateful!

Jake and Ryan arrived on time and were very efficient. The heat pump looks great and is easy to operate and the outside work was very neat too. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking.

Jake came highly recommended from both a general contractor that we use, and multiple members of the community...could not be happier with the result. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, even though he hadn't previously installed one of the Honeywell whole home humidifier setups. That, with the new natural gas tankless water heater, and the fancy new thermostat to keep tabs on everything, leave my partner and I very happy. We can now run our central blower, without heat, to circulate humid air throughout the home - the houseplants already love it! Communication is incredibly prompt, shows up when expected, and works cleanly to get everything done. We will be using Dirigo Mechanical for all of our home's mechanical system needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Very polite and informative. Cleaning led to a small repair and he took the time to show and explain what was needed. Done in no time. Answered questions above and beyond what he needed to! Great service! Highly recommend and I look forward to dealing with him in the future!

Was referred to Dirigo when our previous Furnace service person retired. Got prompt service, taking on new client, came out right away, reviewed options for new boiler as our 19 yr old one had a crack in it right before winter in Maine.Fair pricing. Jake ordered system and installed it within a month. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased

Jake was professional and great to work with and we will be using them to fix issues we had from another company (do not use Bangorhvac) who was unable to fix the issue. I wish we had spoke to him first. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks!

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the repair that the age of the system warranted -- clearly and fairly explaining the "by-the-manual" option and the (much cheaper for me) option he recommended. He patiently answered other questions about my system and what I might expect going forward. Will use them and recommend them for any home maintenance needs!
